The Proposal Writing and Fundraising course is designed for all levels of line managers or leaders of NGOs and Departments of Government Ministries involved in the development of projects. It will offer prospects to managers or leaders for increasing their professional efficiency in writng development proposals in order to get funds for what they want to do.. Participants will learn that writing proposal is not the first step in seeking funding for their organizations, and that they must do a variety of preparation before they begin to write the document. Participants will learn concepts in strategic planning, problem identification and analysis, developing goals and objectives, designing activities and project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, budgeting, and reporting requirements. Participants will learn to carefully consider targeted information, research, and organize their proposals so that the project proposal is consistent with their organization's mission and response to the needs of the target group. The workshop will emphasize appropriateness, effectiveness, sustainability, stakeholder ownership, accountability, and transparency. The course will be conducted in Khmer with an introduction to relevant English terminology

4. Practice writing a proposal, and
5. Plan for implementation next step

Who should attend:  All levels of line managers and leaders of organizations and must know how to plan and have experiences in project management and implementation
Languages: Khmer language will be used by our professional trainers for the course with some technical English terms and handout is in Khmer and English.
Training Venue: G-Mekong Hotel,Mondol Kiri, Tonle Basac, Training Studio in Phnom Penh 
Training Timing:  8:00am till 5:00pm two full intensive days
