Introduction:  Project Planning & Design is crucial foundation for project supervisor/ managers especially project team leaders, supervisors and managers. It’s necessary for them to design the project in response to the identified problems.  The course will cover the identification of the problem using Brainstorming, Prioritization of the problem using Voting, Analyzing the Problem using Problem Tree/ Problem Cause Analysis. Next Objective tree will be used to prepare the project and these will be necessary for the project design stages.

 The course thoroughly guides you the details on participatory approaches for effective project planning, tools for accurate project activities implementation, tools for effective monitoring and necessary feedback on ongoing project operation. 
This course definitely helps project managers, implementers and project stake holders gain clear practical approach of the process for project planning, designing, implementing, managing and evaluating project achievements and impacts
Training Goal: To strengthen the capacities of participants in “ Planning and Designing Projects” in order to better contribution to development in their respective organizations and agencies.

3. Organize project in a log-frame format;

Participants will develop action plan to apply knowledge and skills they have received from the training at workplace.
Who should attend: All levels of community development staff, managers and staff of NGOs, government ministries with planning responsibilities
Languages: Khmer language will be used by our professional trainers for the course with some technical English terms and handout is in Khmer and English.
Training Venue:  G-Mekong Hotel,Mondol Kiri, Tonle Basac, Training Studio in Phnom Penh
Training Timing:  8:00am till 5:00pm two full intensive days
Free: Handout in Khmer and English- Handout in both hard copy and soft copy - Lunch for 2 days - Snack all training time – Software Tools for the course- Certificate of Attendance , Soft PTT, Training report if needed
