Introduction:  The Project Management and Risk Mitigation is designed for all levels of line managers or leaders of NGOs, Company and Gov’ Departments/Ministries involved in the managing projects/program. It will offer management tools for managers or leaders for increasing their professional skills in leading/managing their project/program to archive the set objectives.

This skill is crucial for every person in managerial position. The lack of project management (technical skills) may cause ineffective planning, misunderstanding within the team, work overload, poor performance, and difficulties in work implementation as well as employee performance management.
