Introduction: Financial Managemnt designed for participants who are interested in the basic in the financial management of NGOs. Participants will learn the fundamentals of financial management that allow them to apply 1) the reasons, purpose and methods for organizing in financial management system. 2) Guideline and procedures of finance 3) accounting systems 4) the ethical management, 5) basic principles of financial management 6) budgeting 7) the steps involved in financial management 8) estimating expenses 9) making payments and recording journal entries 10) book keeping 11) tracking inventory and 12) closing accounts and preparing reports for account period. Trainer will allow participants to learn each step through the entries process from budgeting to the final balance with various examples. Workshop will be conducted in Khmer with an introduction to relevant English terminology.
GOAL: To provide knowledge and skills of Basic Financial Management to participants to enable them to ensure effective bookkeeping system both single and double entries and financial management in order to better contribution to development of work in their respective organization.
OBJECTIVES: By the end of the 2-day training, participants will be able to:
