Description:
1. KEY TASKS:
The HR Supervisor provides advice and assistance to head, manager, supervisors and staff. This may include staff retention, policy revision, information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of the Council. The position coordinates the staff recruitment process .The Senior Talent Acquisition provides advice and support to head, manager, supervisor and staff selection committees and ensures that they have accurate and timely information in order to make effective decisions. 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Responding in claiming process (Insurance)
o Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
o Build the company’s professional network through 
relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other 
partners
o Assist in employee retention and development
o Be dedicated to the development of successors and 
individuals who have potential for further responsibility
o Be involved in the identification, assessment, 
development planning and review of successors
o Provide administrative support for talent acquisition 
function 
o Update succession plan annually
o Identify training and development opportunities
o Organize staff training sessions, workshops and 
activities
o Process employee requests for outside training while 
complying with policies and procedures
o Review recruitment database and suggest the best option 
for company needs
o Source quality talents to fill in vacancies as per 
timeline
o Strategy and execute employer’s branding 
campaigns/initiatives to expand pools of talent
o Updating, and recommending human resource policies and 
procedures
o Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance 
related obstacles
o Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling 
employees and supervisors
o Provide advice and assistance in developing human 
resource plans
o Provide staff orientations, designing and conducting 
educational programs or soft skill sharing
o Reviewing professional publications and participating in 
professional societies.
o Provide advice and assistance with writing job 
descriptions
o Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary 
actions.
o Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff 
recruitment
o Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff 
positions.
o Participate in applicant interviews
o Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
o Explain and provisions of the personnel policy
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related 
results as needed
o Drive and share team to be first role model in company 
o Back up head of HR in his absence and other assigned 
tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field 
preferred
• Two years of general administration experiences
• Computer literate Microsoft Office
• Good in English both speaking and writing
• Good in planning and organizational skills ability to handle 
multiple priorities
• Honest and willing to work hard and flexible time
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Natural sharing attitude trend.
