Description:
1.Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll administration, 
manpower planning, recruitment/selection, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, 
training & development, employee welfares, and other HR matters

2.Administer, monitor, and continuously develop HR policies and procedures

3.Ensuring that the Company are in compliance with the HR Compliance standards

4.Handled the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization across all levels from the sourcing
and selection of candidates up to the on boarding process

5.Address the learning & development requirements of the Company including the training needs analysis, 
creating and delivery the training modules, and engaging external consultants accordingly

6. Familiarize with the industry standards of compensation & benefits, run salary surveys and 
benchmarking activities to ensure that the company remains competitive and able to retain staffs

7.Managing monthly payroll processing and relevant reports

8.To liaise with local government agencies and other statutory bodies (when required) to ensure full 
compliance to all laws and regulations

9.Monitor and manage HR cost through cost efficiency initiatives

10.Manage staff discipline, grievances, performance and grievances through progressive disciplinary
approach

11.Provide advisory and consultation on all aspects of employment law and practices

12.Performance appraisal: coordinate the annual employees appraised and management development 
review for management staff
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent

2.Proven work experience at least 8 years in Managerial role

3.Familiar with insurances. Knowledgeable in all Labor Code, related Cambodian Law.

4.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity and 
willingness to learn
5.Possess excellent interpersonal conflict settlement, compensation, Coaching, training, and motivation

6.Proficient in English, knowing Chinese is more appreciated. 

7.Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack. Any experienced on other HRMS is an advantage
