Outline :

Introduction: Advanced Training of Trainer (ToT) Master Class is designed for trainers who are engaged both directly and indirectly in capacity building of staff or organizations in the fields. This course will provide opportunities to strengthen participants' adult training capacities so that, they will become a professional trainer and to be able to deliver effectively training in his/her related field. The course will give wide scope to participants to recognize characteristics of a good training, to gain different training methods and degree of participation, they will familiar with different training tools as well as invent training tools, to sharpen communication skill. Participants will also improve their course leading skill and be able to develop and run role-plays, design a case study, which can be considered as important practical work for trainees. Further more, they will enhance facilitation skills with adult learners and design a course evaluation for their training. This workshop is participatory which will lead participants to apply on designing case study, using training different methods and materials suitable to learning objectives and designing course evaluation.
GOAL: To strengthen capacities of participants in “Advanced training skill and task” to become a professional trainer and to be able to deliver effectively training in his/her related field of expertise.
OBJECTIVES: By the end of the 2 day training, participants will be able to:

Languages: Khmer language will be used by our professional trainers for the course with some technical English terms and handout is in Khmer and English.
