Job Description

Project Implementation Management The overall management role of the position is to manage the project implementation including allocation of the projects to the project assistants and ensure that the project are implement according to the agreement between HRINC and clients. Particular, project implementation management include the following:  Documentation of the project implementation policies and procedures as per agreement between the Client and HRINC.  Prepare project implementation tracking database to ensure that projects are 100% executed and completed by deadlines  Take lead in client relationship and engagement including providing most up-to-date policies, laws or regulations that may affect the Client’s business or budget  Work closely with the Outsourcing Manager and/or Outsourcing Operation Manager to familiarize him/herself with budget structure and policies and ensure execution of the budget. Project execution:  Prepare or update the budget or costing for the projects if it is required and communicate with the Client and the employees.  Take prompt action for any problem or complaint from the clients and employees  Dealing with government officers if it is required  Ensure all update information receive on time from the client  Check and ensure that all paper works and calculation are accurately calculated including calculation of payroll tax and social insurance contribution and payroll processes are completed per project cycle.  Ensure all invoice are issued accurately and on timely manner  Ensure all payment are received on time from the client General administration tasks:  Checking Payment voucher and ensure that a structure of filling is executed  Ensure Employment contract and other agreement are signed and file properly  To ensure the insurance are coverage for employee per company policy  Cooperate with Book Keeping manager to ensure that all transactions are entered into the Book on a timely manner  Ensure that all employees are compliant with the Laws as per agreement with the Client. Staff management:  Training and coaching the team of subordinates  Involve in staff performance review of the subordinates  Prepare staff succession plan and involve with recruitment of new assistant Other tasks assigned by the supervisors/manager Team related work  knowledge with other team  Report and update to Accounting data team  Helping the team if needed
Job Requirements

 5-7 years worked experience in related field is a plus  Mathematics or accounting degree  Good knowledge of Cambodia Taxation and Labour is preferred  Good English (writing and speaking)  Smart, flexible, honestly and hard-working person  Working and support the team include coaching and monitoring  Willing to learn the new thing and good at dealing/facing challenge  The person who is good at planning in advance  Good interpersonal skill and communication  Good on problem solving  Working under pressure
