Job Description

• Create new or re-engineer current processes while demolished old processes with the core focus on customer line of sight within CMO division. • Map out the current System Operation Process & Policy • Project Execution, governance, documentation and Records • Track the status of all projects within CMO Dept based on updates from all related stakeholders • Capture project requests and ensure each request has sufficient information to assess the project • Ensure clear communication among all groups involved in delivery of projects. This includes day-to-day communication with internal clients and partners and communicating project milestones to stakeholders • Set up and implement strategy for successful completion of new and on-going projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and on scope. This includes project delivery timelines, effective sample plans, identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans, and managing changes in project scope and providing alternate solutions • Manage all post-delivery project needs including confirming project close with key stakeholders, debriefing and creating rebound opportunities, and assuring client satisfaction. • Any tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements

• Degree in business or related field is preferred, MBA is preferred • Good proficiency in MS Office & Project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) • Experience in managing operational or structural change within an organisation • 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management within an international organization • A mix of both consulting and corporate background is preferred • Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organisational framework such as goals, strategy, culture and structure • Be very good in verbal and written English • Analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and explain the reports • Ability to manage multi-task and perform well under pressure • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with staffs and third parties • Passion to have an impact, and be pro-active with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness • Be Confident with strong decision making skills • Good leadership skills and ability to work well within a team • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.
