Job Description

You will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes in the company. Specifically, your job duties may include, but are not limited to: RECRUITMENT •Identify recruitment channels, select and recommend the most cost-effective ones based on requirements •Organize recruitment process, proceed screening interviews in English, prepare offer letters and contracts for selected candidates, conduct new staff’s reference check •Manage On-boarding process and follow - up in order to facilitate their integration in the company TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT •Strategically identify future organizational & people capabilities, gaps, and learning & development needs (manufacturing/ technical/ systems & leadership skills & knowledge) •Develop and coordinate for execution of Learning demand plan and its logistic activities •Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. •Manage Learning management systems for the plant (curriculums, records, materials, trainers, processes and programs) •Support Line Managers to implement training plan for their team and to measure the utilization of skills learned as well as evaluate additional training resources or needs •Keep track of training programs and employee participation EMPLOYEE RELATIONS •In charge of employee’s survey (ESS) •Ensure that all employees are updated on the communicated information and company’s announcements through different channels such as company meetings, newsletters, notice boards, posters and etc. HR COMPLIANCE •Make sure that the organization labor execution is compliant with labor law and regulation •Administer and control employee movement, probation and annual appraisal system •Manage employee files and follow up on contract status •Keep track of employee holidays and sick leave records •Prepare HR-related reports •Create, maintain and update job descriptions COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT •Analyzing and reviewing total compensation and benefit programs in the region and recommending changes and improvements •Executing Compensation and Benefits policies, ensuring compliance and competiveness •Partnering the business to improve and fine-tuning programs to suit business needs •Coaching HR and local management on compensation and benefits philosophy, positioning and practice •Managing base salary programs for specific markets •Conducting studies of compensation practices and market rates, analyzing internal and external pay equities, making recommendations for specific changes and/or general adjustments •Managing the development and implementation of merit and promotion, increasing programs linked to performance, and developing and monitoring annual salary increase budgets
Job Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred. •5+ years related human resources or recent graduate who specialized in Human Resources Management or equivalent. •Good leadership, team building, facilitation, relationship building and consultation skills. •Must be able to champion new business ventures. •Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. •Possesses mentoring, training and project management skills. •Strong ability to multi-task. •Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. •Strong customer focus and orientation. •Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software.
