Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner: •Public relation: deal and solve problems with Authorities, Organize (Meeting, Conference, Training, and Party) •Documents: Create and Update Rules/Policy/Procedure, contracts (construction, rental, Employee,…), Interprets documents •Office: control fixed assets, maintenances/security/constructions, control on purchase stationery and other equipment. 2. Provide HR support to ensure that staffing in all Geolink Group Units/Branches is maintained in an effective full filament: •Recruitment: prepare job announcement and post recruitment, interview and select candidates. •Employee Conflict resolution and filling: employee’s problem solving and employee records (Personal employee data, Insurance, ATM Card, Recommendation, Warning letter, Settle payment, Annual Leave). 3. Perform other related duties as required In Case of Absence: Replaced by Receptionist Place of Work: Admin & HR Executive can be asked to work temporarily in another department located in Phnom Penh. Geolink Group Code of Conduct: •Always arrive in Geolink Group Office five minutes before the scheduled time •Be industrial and helpful •Be polite and friendly to the others •Make yourself tidy and clean •Oversee the good working environment Knowledge: Admin & HR Executive must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: •Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedure •Knowledge of council and committee systems •Ability to maintain a high level of accurate confidentiality of employee files Expectation: •Have acquired an in-depth knowledge of the Company, its roles and aims, and a general understanding of its archaeological activities •Participate fully in all requested activities •Undertake and in due course publish his/her own academic research (which may have an Administration dimension), in discussion with the Company's supervisor, provided time devoted such research does not impair the performance of his/her other duties.
