Welcome to acceptable use and policy for the ALDOhr Internet web site located at and all

pages within and all services provided (including the Jobs In Cambodia daily email service), herein referred to as the web site'. The ALDOhr web site allows you to gain access to information which is not only useful and up-to-

date but also previously difficult to find. The following policy applies to you if you are a user ("you") of the ALDOhr web

site to submit to any of the listings contained within the site. It is intended to ensure that your use of the ALDOhr web site

is trouble free and that you have due regard to the law and to the needs of other users.
Please read the following paragraphs carefully as it is a condition of your use of the ALDOhr web site that you comply with

the terms of this policy.

3.3 User Content Restriction
Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to

violate these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes, but is

not limited to, the facilitation of the means to send e-mail spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of

service attacks, and piracy of software violates the terms and conditions of the ALDOhr web site and all associated

4.1 We may monitor the ALDOhr web site but will respect your privacy

4.3 Member Account, Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the ALDOhr registration process. You are

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that

occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ALDOhr of any unauthorized use of your

password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each

session. ALDOhr cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.
5. Ownership   
5.1 All information submitted to the ALDOhr web site is owned by ALDO organization. Although ALDO is entitled to

making the information available or unavailable as  is deemed necessary by ALDO organization.
5.2 ALDOhr guarantees the information will not be misused or handled improperly.
5.3 No part of the ALDOhr web site may be reproduced or transmitted in any material form or by any means, including

photocopying, image scanning, storing or recording by any means in any form nor broadcasting or transmission through

any medium of any part of the ALDOhr web site by electronic means and whether or not transiently or incidentally to some

other use of the ALDOhr web site, without the express written consent of the copyright owner.
5.4 Adaptations of the contents, translation of whole or part of the ALDOhr web site, use the entries, names, addresses and

telephone numbers for any purpose other than the normal and accepted use of a directory are prohibited and may subject

the offender to prosecution result in legal action.
5.5 Copyright in the publication is reserved to ALDOhr.

5.6 All logos, devices, word marks or combinations thereof appearing herein are Trademarks or Service Marks of Action

6. Job Announcements
6.1 Uptime for the ALDOhr web site is not guaranteed. Although ALDO organization will endeavor to keep the web site

running 100% of the time it is not always possible due to the actions of third parties.
6.2 Job announcements cannot be placed for a period longer than 4 weeks from the date of submission unless otherwise

arranged with ALDOhr.
6.3 The classification of job announcements and other contents of the ALDOhr web site are based on the latest information

made available to ALDO at the time of publication. Whilst every care is taken in the compiling of the ALDOhr web site,  

ALDO organization is not responsible or be made liable for any loss or damage of any  kind howsoever arising as a result

of any errors, inaccuracies or omissions  in respect of any entry whatsoever. ALDO organization should be informed of

errors, inaccuracies or omissions discovered in the ALDOhr web site in writing.
6.4 The respective advertisers who request job announcements to be placed on the ALDOhr web site are solely responsible

for the accuracy and contents of their own job announcements , and for all claims, losses, costs, expenses or damages

whatsoever from of any person arising (directly or indirectly) from the publication and contents of any job announcement.

ALDO organization aims to provide accurate information, but is in no way responsible for the accuracy and contents for

any job announcement. ALDO organization, its employees and agents therefore will not be liable for any claims, losses,

costs, expenses of damages incurred or arising for any reason of any person (including but not limited to claims of

negligence, intellectual property infringement and defamation) in connection with any  job announcement. ALDO

organization makes no warranty or representation in respect of, nor do they endorse any product, service or other matter

whatsoever appearing the job announcements
7. Classified Advertising
7.1 Only confirmed members can post classified ads
7.2 Classified ads trying to recruit people (e.g.: about jobs or training courses) are not permitted as they must be paid for

and placed within the paid section of the web site
7.3 Members must post classified ads in the correct classifieds category
7.4 Members can post up to as much as classified advertisement at any one times however they are unable to repeat the

same classified ad many times - even if it is in a different category. A classified ad is considered to be the same when it is

repeated information about the same (or similar) subject or same (or similar) product. Please make sure the previous

classified ad is deleted when re-submitting
7.5 Classified ads with disrespectful sexual references or alluding to the recruitment of sexual partners are not permitted.
7.6 Members are unable to post classifed ads that are against the terms and conitions of the web site. This includes posting

false or misleading information or information that is harmful or damaging to the ALDOhr web site, it's members and other
